PULLMAN, Wash. – Colorado could not slow Washington State's Borislava Hristova as the host Cougars defeated the Buffs 89-75 on Friday night at Beasley Coliseum. CU dropped to 10-4 overall and 1-2 in the Pac-12, while the Cougars improved to 8-7 and 1-2.
Borislava scored a career-high 36 points, hitting 15-of-21 from the floor, burying four 3-pointers to lead all scorers. Her 36 points were the most for a Pac-12 player this season.
