There is certainly no urgency in the start the Denver Nuggets are off to this season.
They are 5-2 and figure to be towards the top of the Western Conference at the end of the season.
But the Nuggets have not come out of the gate in top form. While that's not overly concerning given the length of the NBA season, they still want to be playing better.
