MURPHY'S LAW: Rockies Get 11-10 Walk-off Win Over D'backs In 10

Arizona Diamondbacks v Colorado Rockies

Full KOA game highlights.

The Colorado Rockies are seriously revising Murphy's Law: If anything can go right late in a game, it will.

Thursday, Rockies first baseman Daniel Murphy came through with an RBI single in the tenth inning to bring home Trevor Story and give the Rockies an 11-10 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. The victory completed the Rockies four-game sweep of the series.

Story began the rally with a one-out double to left field. David Dahl's ground out advanced Story to third. The D'backs intentionally walked Arenado, setting the stage for Murphy to win the game with a single to left.

The Rockies took an 8-5 lead into the eighth inning when the Diamondbacks rallied with a five-run frame to take a 10-8 lead.

But the Rockies bounced right back in the bottom half of the inning. Ian Desmond began with a solo home run to get the Rockies within 10-9 and then Nolan Arenado came through with a two-out RBI single to center to tie the game at 10.

The Rockies have won five straight games and six of seven on the homestand.
