The Avs have to wait one more day.

Tuesday night, they will find out their opponent in the upcoming Western Conference semifinals. Colorado will take on the winner of game seven between the Vegas Golden Knights and the San Jose Sharks.

For now, the Avs will practice and try to stay sharp.

After clinching their first round series against the Flames in Calgary on Friday night, the Avs got a couple of days off.

Monday, they were back on the ice, a little more rested and a little more ready for the rigors of another series.

Defenseman Ian Cole spoke with KOA NewsRadio's Mike Rice after Monday's practice.
