Against the Kansas City Chiefs, you have to play well for a full 60 minutes in order to win.

The Broncos fell short of that mark in a 27-23 loss to the Chiefs on Monday Night Football at Broncos Stadium at Mile High.

The Broncos led 23-13 in the fourth quarter before Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes led K.C. on touchdown drives of 75 and 60 yards in the fourth quarter.

Kareem Hunt put the Chiefs ahead to stay with a four-yard touchdown run with 1:40 left in the game.

The Broncos slip to 2-2 while the Chiefs are 4-0.

The Broncos play at the New York Jets on Sunday, October 7. Coverage starts at 7 a.m. MDT on KOA NewsRadio 850 AM and 94.1 FM.
