Monday, the Denver Broncos put offensive lineman Menelik Watson on the reserve/injured list, effectively ending his time with the team.
Watson has battled a strained pectoral muscle in training camp but had struggled during his time with the Broncos.
He signed a three-year, $18.3 million deal with Denver as a free agent in March 2017.
After playing tackle last season, Watson moved to guard this year.
KOA NewsRadio Broncos Insider Mike Klis of 9News was the first to report Watson's designation.
