The bats have come around in a big way for the Colorado Rockies.

The Rockies piled up 10 runs on 12 hits in defeating the New York Mets 10-8 Wednesday night at Coors Field.

Ryan McMahon belted a pinch-hit, three-run home run in the fifth inning to enable the Rockies to erase an 8-6 deficit.

Seven different Rockies had at least one RBI each.

Meantime, the relievers turned in a good night. Six pitchers combined to throw four-and-a-third scoreless innings in relief of starter Chad Bettis.
