About Ed Greene

Ed spent almost all of his broadcast career in Denver, beginning as a disc jockey at KLZ, then onto KIMN, KIMN-FM, KAAT and KTLK Radio with stints ranging from disc jockey to Music Director to Program Director.

In 1976, Ed made the switch over to television beginning a career that spanned 42 years — longer than any on-air personality in any capacity in Denver broadcast television history.  Ed has worked at all three major network affiliates:  KMGH, KUSA and spending the bulk of his career at KCNC (CBS4) – 32 years.

Ed has also worked at several radio stations simultaneously – primarily KYGO and KOA – in addition to his TV work.

During his entire career, Ed has done voice work and narrations for a variety of clients, including Garth Brook’s Teammates for Kids.  Retiring from TV at the end of 2017, Ed has continued his career and re-joined KOA NewsRadio as host of his own show as well as serving as a guest host on Colorado's Morning News.
