The Broncos and Gary Kubiak are parting ways. It appears both G.M. John Elway and new head coach Vic Fangio had philosophical differences when it comes to offense. Kubiak spent last season as a senior consultant for the team. It was thought he'd be the team's offensive coordinator next season. That role has yet to be filled. Also, one of Denver's finalists for the head coaching job, Steelers' offensive line coach Mike Munchak, may come to Denver to fill that same role.
