A boy in Grand Junction used a panic alert on his phone to alert police to his alleged kidnapping. Police tracked a cellphone signal to a car in less than 15 minutes Thursday night, arresting a 47-year-old man who was in the car with the boy. The Post reports a criminal background check on the man revealed numerous child sex crimes.
