Kagan Stepping Down From State Senate

State Senator Daniel Kagan is resigning from his seat next month.  In a statement released yesterday, the Cherry Hills Village Democrat said it was time to pass the torch to new leadership.  The move comes after Kagan was embroiled in controversy earlier this year.  A workplace harassment investigation found he "more likely than not" used an unmarked women's restroom at the state Capitol multiple times.  His resignation is effective January 11th.
