Coffman: Congress will partially fund border wall

Colorado Congressman Mike Coffman says he will support anything that moves the ball forward toward border security.  But, he says if it's less than the five billion dollars that the President wants, Mr. Trump will have to argue with the next Congress.  Coffman is leaving office in January because he lost his re-election bid to Democrat Jason Crow.  Coffman says he'll do some volunteer work with veterans organizations while he decides what he wants to do next.
