Jefferson County prosecutors have charged three men in the murder of a man earlier this month. Abel Gallegos, 35, Alonso Quintana, 27, and Rene Rosales, 35, have been charged with more than 40 counts in the death of Cymone Duran. Gallegos and Quintana's charges include first degree murder, while Rosales has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. The D.A.'s office did not release a suspected motive for the killing.
