Lisa Calderon runs for Denver Mayor

The second challenger to Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has made it official.  Community activist Lisa Calderon announced her candidacy for Mayor.  She says she is as a mother, a worker, a community leader and an educator she wants to be the first woman to become the Mayor of Denver.  Calderon says her slogan is "it's time."  She's running under what she calls three pillars of equity, fairness and justice.  Last month former state legislator Penfield Tate announced he's also running for Mayor.
