The owner of a massage parlour in Loveland has been arrested for attempted sex crimes against children and prostitution. 54 year old Mark Brinkman owned Mark's Leisure Massage. Police say he was arrested after a four month investigation. He's accused of advertising illegal massage services involving sex acts During the investigation Investigations say an undercover Department of Homeland Security Special Agent contacted Brinkman regarding his services and he agreed to perform illegal sexual acts on the agent and a fictitious minor. Brinkman faces several charges including attempted sexual assault on a child and prostitution.
