Judge Rules On Evidence In Watts Case

Prosecutors in the case of a Frederick man accused of killing his family will have to turn over autopsies of the victims.  Defense attorneys for Christopher Watts had accused prosecutors of withholding the evidence.  The judge ruled those documents have to be hand delivered by today.  Watts is facing multiple counts of murder in connection with the deaths of his pregnant wife and two young daughters.  Prosecutors have filed a motion to keep the autopsy reports from the public until the trial.
