CSU Called Out By ACLU Over Tour Flap

The ACLU is getting involved in a controversy surrounding a college tour at Colorado State University.  The group sent a letter to the school yesterday, calling for amended police practices.  The move was sparked earlier this year after two Native American brothers were removed from a tour because of a 911 call that they were making a parent nervous.  The mother of the young men says they were publicly humiliated and adds the school hasn't followed through with sufficient action to make sure it doesn't happen again.
