Colorado Task Force One is on its way to North Carolina to help out with Hurricane Florence. The team of nearly 50 highly trained firefighters left yesterday with equipment and supplies. The task force is made up of personnel from nearly 30 public and private agencies across the state. Members have responded to numerous natural disasters and assisted following the collapse of the World Trade Center in the 2001 9-11 attacks. The team is expected to arrive this afternoon.
