10 years for drunk driving death

An Aurora man has been sentenced to prison for driving drunk without a license, crashing and killing the woman who was a passenger in his car.  An Arapahoe County district Judge sentenced 32 year old Maurice palmer to 10 years in prison for the 2016 death of 28 year old Ananiece Foshee.   Last April, Palmer pleaded guilty to one county of vehicular homicide DUI in Foshee's death.  Lesser charges were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
