The Denver Police Department arrested a juvenile overnight in connection with the Tuesday shooting outside Cole Middle School.
The victim, a juvenile male, is in critical condition at Denver Health. Investigators did not confirm whether the shooting was gang related.
Denver Public Schools is increasing security at Cole Middle School Wednesday and school is planned to go on as usual.
