Colorado Economy Adds More Jobs Than Expected

Colorado's economy is adding thousands more jobs than expected.  According to the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder, 2018 will see 15 thousand more jobs created than economists projected earlier.  The Colorado Business Economic Outlook has been revised to show a job growth rate of 2 point 4 percent this year, for a total of 62,600 new jobs in the state.  The report also shows that Colorado's economic output is outperforming the rest of the nation, with the state's gross domestic product up nearly 4 percent.
