Stinky Corpse Flower will Bloom Again

Stinky the Corpse Flower

The Denver Botanic Gardens beloved corpse flower may bloom for the second time.  The approximately 18-year old plant is in the Orangery greenhouse.  Stinky first bloomed in August 2015 becoming the Garden's first corpse flower bloom in its history.  Horticulturists believe the plant will bloom in early to mid-September.  The corpse flower bloom gets its name from the foul odor that smells like decaying flesh.
