The man allegedly shot and killed by a Uber driver in Denver last month was drunk. The autopsy report on 45-year-old Hyun Soo Kim shows his blood alcohol level was .308. That's nearly four times the legal limit.
Kim was shot early in the morning on June 1st. It happened on I-25 near University Boulevard. The autopsy says he was shot six times.
Uber driver, 29-year-old Michael Hancock, is facing one count of first degree murder with deliberation.
