Street Dog Coalition for Pets of Homeless

Homeless people who own pets can have them treated by a veterinarian for free in downtown Denver today. The pop-up clinic is run by volunteer veterinarians. It's outside the Colorado Convention Center, site of an American Veterinary Medical Association meeting this weekend. The Post reports the volunteer group calls itself the "Street Dog Coalition," and can see from 50 to 100 pets per day.
