Two Colorado Judges on the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals remain on President's Trump short list of about 25 potential appointees to the U.S. Supreme Court. Tim Tymkovich is a Denver native who is the Chief Justice of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He's a graduate of CC and CU and was Solicitor General for the State of Colorado. He was appointed to the 10th Circuit Court by President George W. Bush.
Judge Alison Eid was appointed to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals by President Trump. She is a former law clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas. She went to Stanford and the University of Chicago. She is also a former Solicitor General of Colorado.
