The Denver District Attorney;'s office has filed a motion to dismiss child sexual charges against former Mayor Wellington Webb's son, Allen Wayne Webb.
Allen Wayne Webb, 55, was charged with 7 felony counts of sex assault on a child including assault by a person in position of trust and against a child under age 15.
The victim is now an adult and the does not desire to proceed with prosecuting the case. The DA's office say that made it impossible to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
