State Patrol Trooper Facing Charges

A Colorado State Patrol trooper is being accused of misconduct, invasion of privacy and computer crime.  The CSP announced that Trooper Nathan Parks has been placed on administrative leave and an internal investigation is underway.  The Boulder County District Attorney's Office has charged Parks with four misdemeanors, including invasion of privacy for sexual gratification.  His next court appearance is scheduled for July 17th.
