Back flipping FBI agent faces assault charges

Denver Police say the FBI agent who accidentally shot a man at a Denver night club on June 2nd has been arrested.   29-year-old Chase Bishop turned himself in to the Denver Sheriff’s Department this morning and has been formally charged with second degree assault charges.

Bishop has been seen on a social media video doing a black flip while dancing at a night club.  During the flip, his gun fell out of its holster.  As Bishop picked it up, it went off, striking a night club patron in the leg.
