Uber Driver Charged with 1st Degree Murder

 

UBER DRIVER CHARGED IN SHOOTING DEATH OF PASSENGER

Denver District Attorney Beth McCann has formally charged an Uber driver in the shooting death of a passenger last Friday.

Michael Hancock is charged with one count of murder in the first degree-after deliberation (F1). The charge was directed filed in District Court today.

The charge alleges that early in the morning of June 1, 2018, on I-25 near University Boulevard, Hancock, who is 29 years old, shot and killed his passenger, 45-year-old Hyun Kim.
