Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park has opened for the season. It is the highest continuous paved road in America climbing as high as 12,183 feet. It connects Estes Park with Grand Lake.
Crews had to clear snow drifts up to 20 feet high to clear the road in-time for the Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to RMNP for the picture.
