The so-called red flag gun bill is going down in defeat in the state Senate. It was postponed indefinitely in committee late yesterday. The measure would have allowed guns to be temporarily confiscated under a court order from those deemed a risk to themselves or others. The bill named after fallen Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy Zack Parrish had already cleared the state House.
