Denver's Police Chief is Retiring

Denver Police Chief White

Today Denver Mayor Michael Hancock announced the retirement of Police Chief Robert White after six years as head of the department.  The Mayor thanked White for his dedication to the city, and said White has established a legacy of building strong community relationships.  But, it hasn't always been positive, in October of 2017 the union representing most Denver Police Officers gave White a vote of no confidence. White will stay on in the job until his replacement is announced.
