Ski resorts make money for government

The U.S. Treasury continues to get record rent payments from Colorado ski resorts. Two dozen resorts sent more than 26 million dollars to Washington last season, rent money for operating on federal lands. The Post reports the amount was about 700,000 dollars more than the previous year.
