More Colorado High School graduates could be receiving acceptance letters from Colorado Colleges.  State lawmakers are looking at a bill that would create a quota.  It would require the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, University of Northern Colorado and the School of Mines to admit 100 percent of the academically qualified first time freshman from Colorado.  It would also require 55 percent of total enrollments to be from in-state students.
