Colorado rids itself of "R" word

Colorado has removed the "R" word from its statutes. Governor Hickenlooper has signed a bill that strips the word many feel demeans people with Down Syndrome. Colorado's new law was signed by the governor Tuesday, March 21--the day recognized as World Down Syndrome day.
