Rally Calls for Mayor to Resign

The fallout over the inappropriate texts Mayor Michael Hancock admits he sent to a female detective who served on his security detail continues. Dozen of people rallied on the steps of the City and County Building on Wednesday morning. They had two demands. They want the Mayor to resign. They also want an investigation

The Mayor's Communications Director, Amber Miller, told KOA Newsradio Mayor Hancock has no plans to resign and has already apologized for his behavior.  She said the people protesting are all longtime critics of the Mayor who are using the texting issue for political purposes.
