The Broncos went all defense with their final 3 picks of the Draft. At No. 237 in the 7th Round they selected LSU CB Kary Vincent Jr. at 239 LB Jonathon Cooper from Ohio State, and at No. 253, Marquiss Spencer a Defensive Lineman from Mississippi State.

Vincent, who started as the nickel corner for the National Champion LSU Tigers in 2019 told Denver media why he opted out of 2020, and what he remembers about Jerry Jeudy, "I've been through this process awhile, and everyone has asked me who was the best receiver I guarded during my college career. I told them all Jerry Jeudy. He is one of those guys. I look forward to practicing against him and making each other better. Secondly, the reason I opted out this season was due to the uncertainty of the disease. At that time, I honestly didn't think we were going to have a season. I got it myself and I contracted symptoms twice. I got tested twice, and they didn't know what was going on. That was the reason for me not playing this year."

Cooper is rejoining college teammates Dre'Mont Jones and fellow draft pick Baron Browning, but said he can't wait to learn from Von Miller and Bradley Chubb, "It's going to be amazing. I plan to pick their brains completely and see how they do everything, honestly. With a rookie coming in and to have great, veteran guys who have been in the league for a long time, I just want to be able to learn and apply whatever I can learn to my game. I want to become the best player that I can be for the Broncos."

And Spencer knows he'll have his work cut out for him to make the roster, but said the injuries that caused him to slip in the draft a bit are hopefully behind him, "My first injury was my labrum tear in my left shoulder. I recovered from that well. I have no problems with my left shoulder. My second injury was my neck injury. I'm 100 percent right now. We're ready to rock and roll."
