Shelby Harris blocked Younghoe Koo's 44-yard game-tying field goal attempt and the Broncos pulled out a 24-21 win in Denver on "Monday Night Football" at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
The Broncos stormed out to a 24-7 lead behind two touchdown passes from Trevor Siemian to Bennie Fowler.
The 17-point cushion almost disappeared behind two turnovers from Denver in the final quarter and two Philip Rivers touchdown passes. Rivers completed 22-of-33 passes for 192 yards and connected with Melvin Gordon, Keenan Allen and Travis Benjamin on his three scores.
Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian was 17-of-28 for 219 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. Siemian also had the first rushing touchdown of his career.
