Former Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles will be in Denver on Tuesday, May 2 for a free agency meeting with the Denver Broncos, according to Adam Schefter.
Former Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles scheduled to visit Broncos on Tuesday, sources tell ESPN. Broncos enthused about it. Good fit for both sides— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) May 1, 2017
The Broncos missed out on explosive, playmaking running backs in the draft, but still have a hole at that position. Charles could provide an immediate boost and compliment to current running backs C.J. Anderson and Devontae Booker.
Charles, a 4-time Pro Bowler, was released by the Chiefs in February of 2017.
