Buffs Beat Sun Devils, 97-85, Get Arizona Next

The Colorado Buffaloes continue to be unbeatable in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament.

The Buffs defeated the Arizona State Sun Devils 97-85 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to run their record to 7-0 in the first round.

CU guard McKinley Wright nearly had a triple-double, finishing with 20 points, eight rebounds and 11 assists. Wright was one of five Buffs to score in double figures.

CU trailed 60-56 in the second half before going on a 10-0 run to take the lead.

The Buffs move on to the quarterfinals and will take on top-seeded Arizona on Thursday. Coverage of the game starts at 12:30 p.m. mountain time on Orange and Blue 760.
