Huskies Pull Away For 82-59 Win Over Buffs

After a close first half, the Washington Huskies pulled away and defeated the Colorado Buffaloes 82-59 Saturday night in Seattle.

The Huskies led 39-34 at halftime and outscored the Buffs 43-25 in after intermission.

CU made only 10-of-27 (30.4%) and was just 1-of-6 from three-point range in the second half. The Buffs committed 18 turnovers in the game.

Meanwhile, Washington was 15-of-27 (55.6%) from the floor in the second half, including 4-of-8 from three-point range.

The Buffs lost both games on the Washington trip. CU hosts USC on Weds., Feb. 21. Coverage starts at 8 p.m. MST on KOA NewsRadio 850 AM and 94.1 FM.
