Denver Landlords Will Need New Licenses and Inspections

-According to a new law passed by the Denver City Council, landlords will have to get new licenses and inspections for long term rentals. Supporters say it provides protection and stability for renters, but opponents say it could lead to higher priced housing. Property owners renting out two or more units on a single parcel will have to be licensed by Jan. 1, 2023.
