Competing Initiatives for Road Funding - Which is Best?

There are two initiatives on Colorado's ballot aimed at road improvement.  Prop 109, the Fix Our Damn Roads Amendment, would authorize $3.5 billion in bonds without raising taxes.  Prop 110 would target road funding by raising taxes 0.62 percent.   

We discuss both measures with Jon Caldara of the Independence Institute, who supports Prop 109, and Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce CEO Kelly Brough, who supports 110.
