What a long, strange trip this Major League Baseball offseason has been.
Now, it looks like that offseason will end with Carlos Gonzalez back in a Colorado Rockies.
Gonzalez has spent the last nine seasons with the Rockies. Last year, he slipped to hit only .262 with 14 home runs and 57 RBIs.
Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports reported that the two sides are finalizing language on a one-year deal to bring CarGo back to Colorado.
