Emotions are a big part of sports. But somehow, some way, you have to keep them under control.

Watch Canada's Jocelyne Larocque of Team Canada on the medal stand after her team lost to the United States, 3-2 in a shootout, in the gold medal game at the Winter Olympics in South Korea.

The Canadians were the four-time defending Olympic champions.

The International Ice Hockey Federation actually has a rule which mandates that players wear their medals.
