Trevor Siemian came off the bench for an injured Paxton Lynch and nearly got it done.

But in the end, it was another loss for the Denver Broncos, this one a 21-14 setback to the Oakland Raiders. The Broncos' losing streak is at seven games, their longest since 1967.

The Raiders built a 21-0 lead through three quarters before Broncos' starting quarterback Paxton Lynch injured his ankle.

On came Siemian, who led a pair of fourth quarter touchdown drives, capped by scoring passes to Cody Latimer and Bennie Fowler, to get the Broncos within 21-14 with 2:39 remaining.

The Raiders then picked up the game-clinching first down on a 54 yard pass from Derek Carr to Corderelle Patterson.

In the first quarter, Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib, Raiders wide receiver Michael Crabtree and offensive lineman Gabe Jackson were all ejected for their parts in a fight between the two teams. Crabtree drew the Broncos' ire with a sucker punch to the midsection of corberback Chris Jarris Jr.

On the next play, Crabtree went against Talib, who again ripped off his gold chain before Crabtree blocked Talib well into the Broncos' bench.

The fracas was on.

Siemian finished 11-of-21 for 149 yards and the two scores. Lynch completed 9-of-14 passes for 41 yards and an interception in the Raiders' end zone.

The Broncos are 3-8 and play at Miami next Sunday, December 3. Coverage starts at 7 a.m. MST on KOA NewsRadio 850 AM and 94.1 FM.
