***UDPATE - 7:30 p.m. MDT on Saturday, Sept. 2 -- Broncos President of Football Operations/GM John Elway confirms that Brock Osweiler will be with the team pending a physical on Monday.
Brock Osweiler is on his way back to the Denver Broncos. He will reportedly get a one-year, $775,000 deal.
Originally a second round pick (57th overall) of the Broncos in the 2012 draft. He left after the Broncos won Super Bowl 50 after the 2015 season.
Osweiler signed a four-year, $72 million free agent contract with the Texans, who unceremouniously traded him to the Browns for a second round draft pick this offseason.
The Browns released Osweiler this week.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Monday signed quarterback Brock Osweiler to a one-year contract and placed outside linebacker Shane Ray on injured reserve, President of Football Operations/General Manager John Elway announced.
Selected by the Broncos in the second round (57th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft from Arizona State University, Osweiler (6-7, 240 pounds) spent his first four seasons playing for Denver before signing with Houston as an unrestricted free agent in 2016. He was traded to the Browns in the offseason and was released by the club on Saturday.
In 36 regular-season games (21 starts) over his first five NFL seasons, Osweiler has completed 488-of-815 passes (59.9%) for 5,083 yards with 26 touchdowns and 22 interceptions (77.4 rtg.). He also completed 37-of-65 passes (56.9%) for 365 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions in two career postseason starts.
