Singular Focus: Rockies Beat Giants Again, 5-1

The Colorado Rockies continued their dominance of the San Francisco Giants with a 5-1 win at Coors Field on Saturday. The Rockies banged out 14 hits, 13 of the singles, en route to their eighth straight win over the Giants.

Every Rockies' starter, including pitcher Kyle Freeland, had at least one hit and four different Rockies had two hits each.

Freeland gave up a run on eight hits in his six innings of work. He picked up the win to run his record to 8-4.

The Rockies go for a sweep of the four-game series on Sunday. Coverage begins at 12:30 p.m. MDT on KOA NewsRadio 850 AM and 94.1 FM.
