The Colorado Rockies erupted for four runs after two men were out in the second inning and they made them stand up in a 4-1 win over the Chicago Cubs on Thursday night at Wrigley Field. In the process, the Rockies stretched their winning streak to a season-high five games.

After Charlie Blackmon tied the game with an RBI double, D.J. LeMahieu hit a three-run home run. Tony Wolters started the rally with an infield single with two outs and the bases empty.

Tyler Chatwood gave up a run on four hits with two walks and four strikeouts over six innings.
