Right-hander Jeff Hoffman was terrific in his seven innings of work on Monday night. He gave up only a run on three hits in the Rockies' 8-1 win over the Phillies. Charlie Blackmon had a two-run double to get the scoring started in the third inning. Nolan Arenado capped a four-run ninth inning with a two-run home run, his twelfth homer of the season.
